What can I return?

You may return any item that is unused, in new condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt. Accessories, Customised styles and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.

Can I return products purchased during the Sale?

Only if there are any manufacturing defects in products purchased during or on Sale will be eligible for returns or refunds. Accessories, Customised styles and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.

Who Pays for Shipping?

If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, Amrut-The-Fashion-Icon will reimburse the complete shipping costs for dispatch and return.

When the Items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues (definitive sizing information is posted on the site) required you to pay for dispatch and return item(s) to us, with an additional charge(s) of 30 USD per product as a restocking fee(s).

If you want to return a product purchased from Amrut-The-Fashion-Icon and if payment is made from PayPal, send the product back to us and PayPal will credit up to USD $15 as a return shipping cost in your account.

When will I get my refund?

No, we don’t give refunds. We will gladly exchange or give Store Credit. 

How can I claim my return?

For returns/exchanges requests kindly login to your account, click "My Returns/ Exchanges" and select the order number and place a request. You can also escalate a return request by emailing us with the reason to return within 24 hours from the time the product is delivered. Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 24 hours’ time. You can also return/exchange at our Amrut stores in Surat, India.

Product issue can I return it store and get it to exchange?

Yes, you can return in-store and get it exchanged. One shall intimate first with the order number the reason to return within 24-48 hours from the time the product is delivered.
